Overview
Clowes Developments have a number of properties within the Cathedral Quarter of Derby city center. Most of the space is suitable for retail occupiers and offices but some of the first floor properties could potentially be converted into residential dwellings.
Clowes Developments purchased a number of assets over the years on St James Street, The Strand, The Strand Arcade, and Sadler Gate. The group have recently sold the Post House and a property on the Wardwick to a local company called Staton Young.
