Overview
Clowes Developments and Homes England have partnered to deliver Fairham, a landmark 606-acre mixed-use development on the southern edge of Nottingham, set to become one of the region’s leading destinations for business, living and leisure.
With exceptional connectivity, Fairham sits alongside the £150 million A453 Remembrance Way, providing direct access to the M1. The development is also adjacent to the NET tram terminus at Clifton, within a 15-minute drive of East Midlands Airport and just 15 minutes from Nottingham city centre by car or tram.
Fairham is supported by more than £100 million of new infrastructure investment and will deliver up to 3,000 new homes, alongside a vibrant neighbourhood centre incorporating local shops, a health centre, community facilities and a new primary school.
At the heart of the development, Fairham Business Park will provide up to one million square feet of high-quality employment space, creating a significant new hub for businesses and supporting jobs and investment across the region.
