Clowes Developments agree second property sale to Staton Young

Earlier in 2020, Clowes Developments sold 4 Victoria Street, the former Post Office building for an undisclosed sum to Staton Young and on the 1^st October completed its second sale to Staton Young at number 10 The Wardwick.

Both of the commercial properties are located close to the new multi-million pound Becketwell regeneration scheme which will see a previously run down part of the town centre redeveloped to include a mix of homes, workspace, hotel, retail and leisure uses, in addition to a new public square for the city. Staton Young also own ‘Cubo’ on Victoria street – a luxury co-working space and private office building which opened in February.
