Sachet Factory Expands Operations with New Facility at Viking Park, Congleton
Sachet Factory, a leading UK-based contract manufacturer specialising in high-performance stick pack solutions, has signed a lease on a brand new 9,000 sq ft unit at Viking Park, Congleton.
The move will enable Sachet Factory to double its current capacity, with the new site supporting the installation of four state-of-the-art stick pack machines, capable of producing up to one million sachets per day. This expansion is a strategic investment aimed at meeting increased client demand and positioning the business for further scale in the years ahead.
Jack Kinsey, Operations Director at Sachet Factory commented:
“We’re incredibly excited about this next chapter for Sachet Factory. Our new Congleton facility allows us to immediately scale operations and better serve our customers with increased efficiency and speed. With our advanced machinery and dedicated team, we’re confident this move sets the foundation for long-term success.”
Sachet Factory’s decision to locate at Viking Park adds to the growing business community at the site, which benefits from excellent transport links and high-spec industrial units designed for modern operational needs. This expansion represents a major milestone for Sachet Factory, reinforcing its commitment to innovation, speed to market, and client satisfaction.
Marc Freeman, Development Director at Clowes Developments added:
“We’re delighted to welcome Sachet Factory to Viking Park. It’s fantastic to see ambitious UK manufacturers investing in high-quality space to support their growth. Our goal is to provide the infrastructure that helps businesses like Sachet Factory thrive.”
Elsewhere in the business park, Clowes have speculatively built out two terrace units on phase two. Viking Trade Park is nearing completion and offers a total of 24,440 sq ft of prime commercial space. Designed with maximum flexibility in mind, both buildings can be subdivided into three terraced units of approximately 4,000 sq ft, catering to a diverse range of industrial, trade and logistics businesses.
Located adjacent to the newly opened MKM Building Supplies and occupying a prominent roadside position on Viking Way, the new units will benefit from exceptional visibility and direct access to key transport routes. This prime location enhances operational convenience and brand exposure for future occupiers. With several high-profile trade counter operators already in conversation with the site’s agents, these units will likely soon be off the market and trading by the new year.
