Phase One at Viking Park, Congleton Now Complete. Phase Two Underway.
Clowes Developments has successfully delivered and fully let all units from Phase One of its Viking Park scheme in Congleton. Building on this momentum, the company has now launched Phase Two of the project, bringing two new high-quality industrial/trade counter/warehouse units to the market.
Delivered in partnership with principal construction contractor Roe Developments, the next phase of Viking Park will consist of two speculatively built units of 12,220 sq ft each, known as Viking F3&G3. These can be subdivided into three terrace units of approximately 4,000 sq ft, offering flexibility to suit a range of occupiers. The units benefit from a highly visible roadside location with direct access from the main road, making them ideal for businesses seeking prominence and ease of access.

Earthworks are already underway, with completion scheduled for Q4 2025. All units are available on an all-enquiries basis.
Mark Sillitoe, Williams Sillitoe commented:
“Viking Park has proven to be a sought-after location for industrial and trade occupiers, with Phase One receiving strong interest and achieving full occupation quickly. Phase Two is already generating early enquiries, and we anticipate high demand for these well-positioned, flexible units.”
Andrew Groves, Harris Lamb added:
“The design and specification of these new units reflect current market demand for quality space in accessible, visible locations. Viking Park continues to establish itself as a key commercial hub in the region.“
Elsewhere on the park, a 100,000 sq ft design and build opportunity, Viking103, is also being marketed and is available on an all-enquiries basis. Interested parties are invited to contact agents Mark Sillitoe, [email protected] or Andrew Groves, [email protected] for more information.
