Tracey Bourke

Tracey Bourke joined the finance department as a Senior Credit Controller in January 2022. Tracey has over 30 years’ experience in Credit Control and takes real pride in clearing ledgers and recovering debt that was once thought to be ‘unrecoverable’.

Tracey hasn’t worked specifically in the commercial property sector before but shows great interest in learning more about the industry and is looking forward to transferring her knowledge and experience to her role at Clowes.

Interesting facts about Tracey… Tracey is looking to get two Dobermans and a horse within the next few months. She is a keen dog walker and a committed horse rider, so much so that Tracey and her friend are hoping to travel to Andalusia on a beach riding holiday and whilst there visit the renowned Spanish School of Riding. A real bucket list item for Tracey! Tracey has recently renovated her own home, to summarise her experience, she commented that the project was ‘tough but very satisfying’. In Tracey’s spare time she can be found researching and learning about forensic psychology.
