Thomas Clowes

Thomas is passionate about the tangible impacts development can have on people’s lives and livelihoods, and enjoys nothing more than seeing a project through to completion.

He has a degree in Planning and Property Development from Nottingham Trent University and has worked in real estate in New York as well as nationally for Clowes Developments. He feels that the company gives individuals the trust and faith to flourish and learn while fulfilling their own professional development goals.

Thomas works on both small and large scale projects, including Fairham, which he thinks is the perfect example of how sustainable development can benefit everyone when carefully planned and brought forward.

Thomas was born and bred in Derbyshire and is a big Derby County fan – he’s been a season ticket holder since he was 10!
