Sarah Day

Sarah has previously worked for various House Builders and Land Agents focusing on identifying new site opportunities across the Midlands. Prior to joining Clowes, she was instrumental in acquiring in excess of 5,000 plots across a blend of traditional housing, partnerships and mixed use development schemes.

She is an experienced Senior Land Manager bringing a range of knowledge, and is able to advise on Bid Preparation and submission, contract negotiations, financial appraisals, planning, design and development matters.

Her role in the team focuses on identifying new opportunities that feed the future business strategy and managing existing sites within the portfolio in terms of planning and disposal options.

Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends and travelling to warmer climates.
