Rob Hopkinson

Rob joined Clowes Developments in October 2022 as Technical Manager in the Land and Planning Team.

Rob has a first-class honours degree in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering from the University of Derby and has worked within the construction industry since 2012.

In the past 10 years, Rob has worked for consultancies as a Civil Engineer and for a housebuilder as an Engineer with experience working on a wide range of projects, including developments in the residential and employment sectors.

Since joining Clowes, Rob has been involved with the Fairham project, where he has been managing consultants and ensuring the construction works are on programme. Rob has also been assessing new opportunities for the business and enjoys identifying and overcoming the technical challenges in relation to potential development sites.

Rob was born in Derbyshire and is proud to work for Clowes; a well-respected, local company.

In his spare time, Rob enjoys spending time with his family and attends Derby County football games.
