Paul Turner

Paul Turner has worked with Clowes Developments since 2003 as a construction contractor. In 2021, he became a consultant supporting various projects across the Group. In December 2021, Paul was employed as Construction Director and now works full time for the Group handling a number of high-profile schemes across the UK.

Paul has worked in the construction industry since leaving school in 1985 where he secured an apprenticeship as an Engineer with a main contractor and worked his way up to Construction Director.

Paul accepted the role as Construction Director at Clowes Developments to further strengthen the existing development team. He has a wealth of practical experience and expertise which will prove invaluable as he helps to deliver a healthy pipe line of new projects.

When asked what Paul most enjoys about his role, he responded with two words ‘client satisfaction’ and added ‘from the smallest of jobs to multi-million-pound developments’.

Paul was born and raised in Belper in Derby and continues to live there with his wife and two grown up children. When Paul isn’t at work, he can be found walking, swimming and socialising with friends at Derby County Football Club home games.
