Marc Freeman

Marc graduated from City University Business School with an Honours degree in Property Valuation and Finance in 1993. He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in property development.

He has been involved in delivering schemes across all sectors up and down the country, including retail, industrial warehousing as well as large city centre apartment schemes working in London for the first 14 years of his career.

Marc has been working as Development Director of Clowes for the past 15 years where he has engineered a range of notable deals, including the acquisition of a portfolio of sites from Norcross plc which has delivered over 500,000sq ft of commercial development. Completed an office development in Battersea and a number of out of town retail and apartment schemes for the Group. His latest developments include several commercial units at Dove Valley Park that formed part of the Hines Private Equity deal and two large mixed use schemes in Cheshire and Mansfield.

Marc is married and has two daughters, when he has time outside of work enjoys yacht racing, travel and country pursuits.
