Louise Lavender
HR Manager
Louise joined Clowes in August 2023 as the groups Human Resources Manager. She has worked in HR for over 16 years within aerospace and pharmaceutical industries at a senior level. Louise is a chartered member ‘MCIPD’ of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
Louise lives in Derbyshire with her partner and Sprocker Spaniel, Buddy, however she was born and raised in Hertfordshire and relocated approximately 14 years ago.
In her spare time, Louise enjoys socialising with family and friends and most importantly walking with her partner, Martin, and of course, Buddy.
Louise loves the people side of HR, and delivering the legal support required. She is looking forward to reshaping the groups’ HR offering and supporting the team across the board. Louise, or ‘Lou’ as she prefers to be called by friends and colleagues, is thrilled to join the team and she looks forward to contributing to the business.
