Associate Director (Development)
Kevin joined Clowes Developments in January 2023 as an Associate Director within the Development team.
Kevin is a chartered surveyor with a degree in Real Estate Management from Nottingham Trent University. He has a wealth of experience working in professional services / valuation, portfolio management, acquisition and development management throughout the East Midlands and nationally.
Kevin is originally from Derby however he currently lives with his partner in Rutland.
When he’s not at work, Kevin enjoys travelling – especially to the Isles of Scilly. His passions include watching, playing and coaching cricket, as well as being a Derby County Football Club fan.
