Kay Smith

Kay Smith joined Clowes in January 2022 as an Administrative Assistant in the Asset Management department. Kay previously worked for BB&J Commercial providing administrative support for the senior management team which has afforded her a wealth of experience and understanding of the commercial property sector.

Kay had a brief spell away from the commercial property world but is looking forward to returning to the industry and playing a key part of the busy asset management team assisting surveyors wherever possible.

Residing in Derby, Kay and her Partner, Lee, recently purchased an old Victorian terraced property which they are refurbishing. This keeps them very busy, but Kay is an avid Derby County fan and has been a season ticket holder for as long as she can remember. Kay enjoys foreign travel and can often be found socialising with friends near her home in Darley Abbey.
