Joe Anderson
Graduate Development Surveyor
After initially joining Clowes Developments for a brief 4-week internship in June of 2024, Joe was welcomed back in August of 2025, to begin his professional career with Clowes Developments, after graduating from Nottingham Trent University earlier in the year, achieving a 2:1 on BSc Real Estate.
Joe has begun his first placement in the development department, working with the team to deliver exciting sites such as Studbook and Dove Valley Park, before undergoing rotation to other departments such as land and planning, and asset management. For Joe, completing his APC, and becoming a chartered surveyor, remains a key ambition.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys playing cricket on the weekends, attending concerts, and playing the guitar. Unsurprisingly, he’s a dedicated Rams supporter.
