Huw Staples

Huw started at Clowes Developments as an Accounting Apprentice having previously attended JCB sixth form where he studied Maths, Business Studies and Physics.

Huw decided to embark on an apprenticeship scheme in order to achieve an education whilst gaining real world experience within the working environment. Huw commented that he chose to apply because “Clowes are a growing company, who are making waves locally and further afield” and this is what really drew him to the opportunity. To date, Huw is enjoying working with a team of experienced accounting professionals and learning from his colleagues, he is looking forward to taking on larger projects and supporting his team mates.

Huw is a keen gym goer and likes to stay fit and healthy. Huw, unsurprisingly, is a Derby County fan!
