Gillian Minogue

Gillian joined Clowes Developments in October 2020. She is a welcomed addition to the group’s growing asset management team.

Gillian is an Associate of RICS, she has a level 5 diploma in Facilities Management, and a degree in Business Management. Gillian is also fluent in French.

Gillian has over 20 years’ experience in property management ranging from multi-story office blocks to working for agents including Carter Towler and Innes England, managing a diverse range of retail, office, industrial and residential units. She enjoys the variety of property management commenting;

It’s a cliche but no two days are the same, and just when you think you’ve seen it all, something comes along and surprises you. So I am always learning.

In her spare time, Gillian can be found with family (husband and three children) and friends, she’s a keen road cyclist and has recently taken up open water swimming. Gillian is a rugby over football kind of lady and has a Miniature Schnauzer called Tasha.
