David Scarborough

David joined the busy Asset Management team at Clowes Developments in July 2021 as a Management Surveyor.

David is from Derby and is currently living in Ripley. He is married with two young daughters, both currently under 2 years old.

Before joining Clowes, David worked at Innes England Commercial Surveyors for approximately 4 years, in their Asset Management department. Before this he worked in procurement for nearly a decade.

David has a degree in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University and a Masters degree in Property Investment and Management from Nottingham Trent University.

His favourite part of the job is the fact that each day is different. David enjoys physically getting out onto site and looking at different types of property. (Clowes certainly has lots of variety within their portfolio!)

Hobbies outside of work include mountain biking in the peak district. David also plays guitar. His weekends nowadays are mainly spent enjoying family days out.
