Daniel Mooney

Daniel joined Clowes in May 2023 as an Asset Management Surveyor. He began his career after obtaining a degree in International Business from Sheffield Hallam University and a master’s degree in Real Estate management from Birmingham City University, working as an Agency Surveyor in Derby and then shortly moving to Birmingham where he worked as an Estates Surveyor for a National Property firm acting on behalf of two corporate occupiers.

Daniel is originally from Staffordshire but now lives with his partner in Loughborough. In his spare time, he enjoys watching and following mixed martial arts, going on holiday, and travelling to new places with his family and he is currently learning how to play golf.

Daniel is looking forward to working closely with the Clowes team on a variety of property assets within our portfolio. He enjoys that no two days are the same and feels privileged to be able to interact and work with people from all walks of life.
