Daniel Houldey-Wright

Daniel Houldey-Wright started working with Clowes in January 2022 as our Utility Coordinator, bringing with him over four and a half years of experience working in the Utility Management sector. Before moving into utilities, Dan honed his skills as a Graphic Designer; holding a Level 3 NVQ in Graphic Design.

With a strong understanding of energy systems and regulatory requirements, along with his analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills – Dan is hoping to improve our group’s utility portfolio as we move forward with our ESG Strategy.

Dan is also looking forward to the day-to-day challenges of managing the group’s utility portfolio; from the submission of meter readings, pricing, change of tenancies and assisting our Development Team in procuring new installations.

Outside of work, Dan lives with his wife Stephanie in Burton-upon-Trent and is a keen football fan supporting Stoke City.
