Wellheads is in Dyce and lies immediately adjacent to the East of Aberdeen airport in the established Wellheads Industrial Estate and is in a location characterised by industrial, office and airport related uses.

The 9.59 acre site is within ½ a mile of the Airport link to the AWPR and therefore provides easy access to the trunk road network. Clowes have sold some of the assets including Wellheads Place Annexe, Wellheads Crescent and the parking facility. Wellheads Place remains on the market with agents Graham Sibbald and FG Burnett.
