Etiquette Park

Etiquette Park consists of two industrial/warehouse units located off Manners Avenue Industrial Estate in Ilkeston. Planning consent was granted by Erewash Borough Council at the end of 2021. Construction contractors, TanRo started on site in January 2022 and by July 2022 the site was built and handed over to its occupiers, Catering24 and WELEDA. Etiquette Park has since been sold and is no longer managed by the group.

Local catering packaging supplier Catering24 took over Unit A, a bespoke 27,249sq ft facility, the larger of two brand new facilities, sitting within a secure complex and comprising of a steel portal frame single storey warehouse with integral two storey offices. The property benefits from a secure service yard, 40 car parking spaces, 8m haunch height, 2 level access loading doors, 3 phase power supply and EV charging points.

Sustainable health and beauty pioneer WELEDA also moved into Unit B which comprises of a warehouse and office facility totalling 24,207 sq ft. The modern facility sits adjacent to Catering24’s unit on the right-hand side as you enter the site. The company’s Customer Care and Warehousing teams migrated over to the brand-new facility from WELEDA’s manufacturing site at Ilkeston, allowing additional breathing space at their Heanor Road headquarters allowing the business to expand.
