55-acre site on the edge of Congleton allocated in the Cheshire East Local Plan and forms part of the wider North Congleton Masterplan.

Overview

The mixed-use scheme comprises the 23-acre Viking Park which will form an extension to the well-established Congleton Business Park and is set to deliver in the region of 500 jobs. Also included within the scheme proposals are the development of up to 175 homes, a park and wildlife corridors plus a neighbourhood retail centre. Access will be via the brand new Congleton Link Road.
