Viking Park

The mixed-use scheme comprises the 23-acre Viking Park which will form an extension to the well-established Congleton Business Park and is set to deliver in the region of 500 jobs. Also included within the scheme proposals are the development of up to 175 homes, a park and wildlife corridors plus a neighbourhood retail centre. Access will be via the brand new Congleton Link Road.

A brand-new 20,000 sq ft Aldi store has just opened within Viking Park. The exterior of the building has been designed to sympathetically reflect its green surroundings, a design code condition which has been applied across the scheme.
