Viking Park

The mixed-use scheme comprises the 23-acre Viking Park which will form an extension to the well-established Congleton Business Park and is set to deliver in the region of 500 jobs. Also included within the scheme proposals are the development of up to 175 homes, a park and wildlife corridors plus a neighbourhood retail centre. Access will be via the brand new Congleton Link Road.

Viking Park is home to Aldi, MKM Building Supplies, Sachet Factory, as well as a Starbucks Dive Thru, KFC and Greggs.

Viking Trade Park offers a range of smaller units suitable for warehouse, distribution and trade occupiers, alongside Viking 103, a larger unit providing more extensive facility options for businesses requiring additional space.
