Cherwell Business Village is situated on Southam Road in Banbury and is a well-established and thriving 18 acre business park to the north of the town with over 100 occupiers on site. The site was a laboratory before Clowes purchased the site in 2005. The onsite accommodation includes offices, storage and industrial accommodation, all for let and ranging in size from 100 to 3,000sq ft.

Estate Manager, Anna Anthony and her maintenance team are located on site and provide hands on assistance to tenants including the letting and management of the site and facilities.
