Clowes Developments Named “Developer of the Year” at East Midlands Bricks Awards 2025

This marks a second triumph in the category for Clowes Developments, following its previous win in 2023, a testament to the company’s continued excellence and leadership in the region’s property and development sector.

The East Midlands Bricks Awards celebrate the most outstanding achievements in commercial and residential development across the region. Winners are recognised not only for the quality of their projects, but also for innovation, sustainability, and meaningful contributions to local communities and economies.
