Fairham partner with Nottingham Express Transit (NET) to provide two complimentary, one-year tram passes for the first 500 people who secure a home at Fairham
Clowes Developments and Homes England, who are responsible for delivering Nottingham’s brand-new neighbourhood Fairham, have partnered with Nottingham Express Transit (NET) to provide two complimentary, one-year tram passes for the first 500 people who secure a home at Fairham.
New Fairham homeowners will be given two free passes per household which they can use to access free travel across NET’s tram network.
NET, which runs Nottingham’s tram service, offers a sustainable, convenient and affordable way to travel through Nottingham and the surrounding areas, with trams running from every seven minutes, seven days a week and 364 days a year.
Nottingham’s extensive tram network covers many of the region’s key towns and suburbs, with quick access to Nottingham Trent University, the University of Nottingham and Nottingham College. It also has a number of stops across the city centre, for easy access to all the city has to offer, including a wide range of places to eat, drink and shop.
Clifton South Park and Ride is located within a few minutes’ walk from the proposed Neighbourhood Centre at Fairham, and users can reach Nottingham City Centre by tram in just 22 minutes.

House builders, Countryside Homes with their development, Alvaredus, and Redrow with their development, Dovecot Grange, are the first two residential developers to benefit from this partnership offering the first 250 occupiers at Fairham two complimentary, one year Nottingham tram passes per household.
