Additional plot sold to Persimmom Homes – Sharphill, Saltcoats

Clowes Developments have sold an additional plot of land to Persimmon Homes to enable their expansion plans for their ongoing housing development at Sharphill, Saltcoats. Persimmon is set to build 41 new houses and infrastructure to the north of Arran View Nursing Home, whilst other homes which were part of the last phase of Persimmon’s housing plan are currently nearing completion.

With an excellent outlook towards the mountains of Arran and the Firth of Clyde, along with an easy commute into Glasgow, an array of supermarkets, a large leisure centre and several schools in the local area, Saltcoats has a lot to offer and makes the ideal location for Persimmon to create a thriving residential community.
