Deichmann-Shoes UK Ltd agree lease for a purpose-built facility at Corby

Centrix Business Park located off Phoenix Parkway, Corby attracts major retailer to the site. Europe’s largest footwear retailer, Deichmann has agreed a lease for a purpose built 162,500sq ft warehouse with ancillary offices with site owners and developers, Clowes Developments.

Centrix Business Park forms part of Corby’s new regeneration framework and comprises a 39-acre (15.8 hectare) development that is suitable for “Built to Suit” industrial / warehouse opportunities.

The commercial lease agreement marks significant inward investment for the area as the retailer places their brand-new UK distribution facility in Corby. The retailer will retain their head office in neighbouring Market Harborough positioning themselves strategically to benefit from excellent location and direct access to major UK transport networks.
