Only one unit available at Crown Park, Derby

Clowes Developments are pleased to announce an impressive start to 2021. Their recently completed trade counter scheme on the outskirts of Derby City Centre has only one (Unit B3) of its six high-spec industrial/trade counter/warehouse units available.

Just days before the Christmas break, Clowes announced another deal with a prestigious car dealership. Derbyshire Performance agreed a 15-year lease for a standalone unit benefiting with its own secure parking to the front of the property, providing the ideal spot for its appointment only showroom and forecourt.

The most recent occupiers to seal the deal at Crown Park are an award-winning organisation, providing quality products to customers across the globe, the supply and distribution company have taken two units with a combined space covering 13,000sq ft.
