We are delighted to have bought these fantastic apartments that Clowes Developments have built. We will be selling them on a shared ownership basis, which will provide affordable housing and help first times buyers get onto the property ladder.

On behalf of the Group, I am delighted to complete the sale of DPA to a local housing group. It comes as no surprise that the apartments with their combination of hi-spec finish and excellent location, are already attracting a wealth of interest from potential occupiers. We wish Stockport Homes Group all the best with the most recent addition to their portfolio.
